October Newsletter 2020

During the month of October, we will be focusing on safety, pumpkins, and the changing fall season.  We will also be having lots of fun with the letters L, F, E, and H.  Of course, lots of Halloween and pumpkin activities will be incorporated into our classrooms.

Bible story:  Joseph’s Colorful Coat

BeeGinners:  Hebrews 13:16 “Do good and share.”

BeeDazzlers:  Ephesians 4:29 “Speak only what is helpful.”

BeeLievers:  1 John 3:11 “We should love one another.”

BeeFrienders: Romans 8:28 “All things work together for good, for those who love God.”

Our Halloween Celebrations will be Thursday, October 29 and Friday, October 30.

All classes will report at their regular times.  Ms. Stephanie's classes may have special instructions on this day.  Please check with her concerning the details. Children may come to school dressed up in their Halloween costumes.  But please keep in mind costumes with lots of pieces may get lost and large costumes may get dirty on the floor or when going to the bathroom.  Also, keep in mind we may be running and playing games so you may want to put on appropriate shoes.  We will start off in our regular classrooms for free play and learning centers.  After clean up time, each class will have additional activities in their own rooms.  At approximately 11am, we will eat snacks in our rooms.  Plans for safe social distancing trick or treating are still being discussed.  Details will follow at a later date.
